Thank You Card...

Hi Paper Lovers...

I made this little thank you card for my sweet freind & her family that gave me 3 cricut cartridges for an early birthday present. They have twin boy that are almost 1 1\2 and Im Nuts About Them :) Their little family is so sweet and Im lucky to have them in my life so I thought this was the perfect card.
I used my Create A Critter Cart. cut the squirrel  at 3.5 and the phrase at 2 1/4, cardstock, the cutest patterened paper and all put on a kraft paper A2 card.

Also, I want to thank all of you for all of your sweet comments, awards and for following my blog. I check it everyday and look forward to see the amazing talent that I view while Im blog hopping, which I do alot!

1.   My sweet, sweet Man! He is amazing.
2.   My 2 adorable kids, now 18 & 24. Living their own lives so the nest is pretty empty these days.
3.   My friends are all so incredable! I love seeing them as much as I can.

5.   The BEACH! I LOVE the beach, the waves and sand makes me refreshed. I go there often.
6.   My crafting makes me so happy, Im in love with my Cricut (sshhh dont tell my BF) lol!

A Little Ladybug Love...

Hello Paper Lovers!

Here's a card I made yesterday. I was in the mood for ladybugs and seeing red :) Using my new fav Create A Critter Cartridge, scrap card stock and pattern paper from my stash, pop up dots, ribbon from Michael's, all on a standard kraft colored card. And this is what turned out. I want to thank ALL of you for leaving such sweet comments, it really makes my day :D 

I also got an early Birthday present from my dear friend DeeAnn. Her and her adorable family gave me 3 Cricut Cartridges that she got at CostCo, I received Once Upon A Princess, Story Book and Stretch Your Imagination, how sweet was that. I am so excited to start using these new carts. Thank you so much !

Just A Little Hello

Hope everyone is having a wonderful weekend so far.  Ive been making a few little cards this morning, heres a cute little Owl card made with Create A Critter Cart. (what else would I be using lol)!
I am just loving this cartridge! So cute, so simple and so dang fun to put together :)
Using cardstock scraps, Spring Time paper pac and pop dots and dont forget the Prima flowers &  thats it :) wwaalllaaa! a cute little card !

Hi again Paper Lovers!

Here is a plaque I made that I purchased from Arlene at ButterflyKissesWithLove.   The kit came with all that you see, Graphic 45 papers, Tim Holtz Chipboard peices, hooks, flowers, letter and a few other items that I did not use. It was all put together with love by me. Ive never made anything like this and I love it. Coloring with my new Copic Markers

Today I was playing around trying to learn how to shade with my Copic Markers, my new found love. Made By Momo Challenge #1

I chose the CAC cart and made this little card. Using scrap cardstock and dimensionals. Super fun!

Bitten By The Bug 2 Challenge!

Hi Paper Lovers!

Here is a little card I made for Bitten By The Bug 2 Challenge. I used a standard kraft card and I stamped the hula dancer with The Greeting Farm Stamp and colored in with my new copic markers :) Im having a blast playing with my new markers and learning how to shade. I also had to have something cut with my Cricut and I used Life's is a Beach Cartridge cutting the palm tree, flowers and leaves. I really like how it turned out!

5. Spending time with my friends. Getting together at least once a week for a girl's day is something I really look forward to.

Mother's Day Card

Hi again paper pals!
I was working on my Mother's Day card today and wanted to share it with you. I got my insperation from Arlene at Mybutterflykisses. I used a standard 5x7 card, distressed inked around the edges and added photo corners to each corner. Using black cardstock I heat embossed Ranger's Black embossing powerder to give it that aged look. I added one of the talented Arlenes lollipop flowers she made to the bottom of the card and also added  Prmia pearl swirl and Prima Fairytale rose buds along the side with a tattered heart. I used a SU punch around Happy Mother's Day. I also added a photo from google (typed in Vintage Woman) and beaded fringe at the bottom to finish it off. I hope you like it. MPS Pink, Green & Black Challenge

Hello My Paper Buddies!

Here is a little card I made for My Pink Stampers Pink, Green & Black Challenge today. I used the Just Because Cards Cartridge and cut the little Scottie Dog. I used some black glossy chip board letters for the work HELLO and Prima flowers with of course and little bling in the center.

Create A Critter Cart :)

Hello again everyone!
The mail man just delivered my Create A Critter Cart this afternoon and so I just had to make up a little card. Here is a simple card using the piggy cut from the cartridge and cut at 3". This cart seems very simple and has so many cute images on it. Ill be sharing more soon.

Just Because Cards Cartridge

Hi Paper Lovers!
Here is a little card I made this beautiful afternoon. Using my JBC cart I cut all the images out at 6" except for the oval, for a reminder if you do not know, the stencil cut, cuts out at real size, so I had to cut that out at 2". I think it turned out pretty cute!

Hi Everyone!
Wishing everyone a wonderful Easter weekend :)
I wanted to share a few little cards I had made over the week. I just dropped them in the mailbox today, yes, they will arrive a  little late but at least I got them out :)
I even got to play with my new Copic markers and made a little bunny card for my son and his girlfriend. Im enjoying coloring again, I have'nt done that in years. The Copic's are very fun to play with, Im still learning about the shading and I need to get more colors. I purchased 25 colors yesterday at Oh Scrap in Costa Mesa CA, it's a great scrapbooking store and they have a wide variety of things, a little to much cause every time I go in there Im always leaving with more than I planned to buy LOL!

1. I live with the man of my dreams (Shane). We've been together for 8 years and going strong.

2. I have 2 beautiful children, Brittany who's 24 & Chadd who is18, Im so proud of them.

4. I started making cards when I received my Cricut last May for my birthday (2009) and Im loving all of the paper crafting Im learning to do.

5. I LOVE the beach, any beach as long as there are waves and sand I am happy. I often go to the beach just to walk the shore and think or drive down along the coast and smell the salt air. I love doing that.

6. My favorite color is blue but I wear more black then anything.

7. Im 47 and my birthday is in May

8. I love vanilla ice cream, it's a weakness, expecially late at night.

9. My other passion is arranging flowers.

10. I love to organize parties and decorate for them too.
