The Burtonesque Dolls challenge

Hello Paper Lover!

Here is a card I made this morning for Tbe Burtonesque Dolls Challenge! All you have to do is incorporate stripes into your card so I added black and white layered cardstock to make wide stripes, I didnt have any striped paper, can you believe that!? WOW! I need to go shopping lol! I used a digi image from TGF that my dear blog buddie gave me and used my Copic markers to color it in. I think it turned out pretty cool.

Check out their website and join into their challenge HERE!  They have a great blog and check out all of their DT cards, they are all fabulous! So hurry now, and swing on by there :)

Wishing all my blog buddies a wonderful day! And thank you all so much for all of the Birthday wishes :) I had a terrific day!

Great card! Loving the bigger bow. Great - now I have to go buy wider ribbon to get this look. LOL

gina, way too cute! you're doing a great job with the copic markers! I really want to try them, but no one local sells them, so there aren't any classes- someone told me to take a class don't just buy them...not sure if they're right. anyway...if you don't have stripes then you really MUST go shopping! :o)

Thanks for sending me that paper! HOLY it's thick. I'm trying it for an upcoming TBD Challenge card and so far I love it! Oh and my son asked if he could use one of the small CAC Owls you sent me. He made me a card last night for Mothers Day.

Super cool card. I don't have much striped paper either, only in nice light spring colours (like green light pink orange). I love how you solved this! Also love the way you coloured her very much.
