NEW EXPRESSIONS 2

Hi Paper Lovers,

I just purchased the new Cricut Expressions 2 on HSN...Im in California and I got to order it before they even aired...SO COOL...My honey bought this for me for my Birthday which in on May 4th.  He's such a sweetheart and supports my Cricut Addiction so much and I am so blessed...Thank you honey!!! I so love you and my new Cricut :) And Im so HAPPY!! Ive been dancing around the house and hugging him :)...Im so silly lol!

I just had to share this exciting news with you. Pls let me know if you get one too and what you think of it. I cant wait to create something on it when it arrives and Ill be sharing it with you! I promise!

Summer Time Cards with Copics

Hi Paper Lovers!!
Its been a while since Ive posted, Ive been working at my local Scrapbook store a few days a week and Im loving it. Its called Pages of Tyme here in Ladera Ranch CA near Mission Viejo/Laguna Beach. I love getting to be around all that great paper products and all the goodies the store carries, I just dream of all the things I could make. The other night I received my new Greeting Farm stamps and I just love them, Isnt she adorable holding the beach ball?!

Here are 2 cards I made with the same image of the Cheecky stamps. Hope you like them. I had fun coloring them. Im still learning how to color the hair where it looks shadowed so bare with me :)

Graduating Soldier

Hi Paper Lovers...

This past week my son graduated from the Army! Im such a proud Mother and it was wonderful to see him. I left on Wednesday and went to Oklahoma Fort Sill to attend Family Day and Graduation for my son. We had a wonderful time and got to spend several hours with him and his new friends. It was so exciting to watch their graduation and be a part of such a wonderful day with all of the other parents, wives, girlfriends etc...
Ill be back soon posting a few new things Ive been working on, I started to make a few LO and Im loving it! Cant wait to share :)
Here is a pic of my son and I on graduation day. He left for Fort Lee Virginia this morning for his next orders then he'll be going to Afgn. in July.  Ill keep you updated as I get new information.

Baby Shower Card

Hi Paper Lovers...

Hope youve all had a wonderful weekend! I went to the Scrapbook Expo at the Anaheim Convention Center on Friday an it was CRAZY busy! Most of the product where from owners of Scrapbook stores selling their products. I bought a few dies, alot of glitter, some papers and had a great time.

Here is a Baby Shower card I made while I was at Pages of Tyme Scrapbook store in Ladera Ranch CA. I think it came out so cute, a friend of mine is having a baby girl and is having her baby shower next weekend, I am looking forward to going and seeing everyone.

Hi Paper Lovers...

I wanted to share this card I made last night with you :) Im really proud of it. Ive been practicing my copic coloring and this is what turned out. I need to practice more on shading black hair, which in my opinion is the hardest thing to do...lol...Ive been watching all the YouTube videos out there and they make it look so easy. So here she is...Hope you like it :)

I used The Greeting Farm stamp, SU cardstock, Teresa Collins POSH paper (fishnet) black ribbon, prima red rose, a swirl die cut and copic markers.

Easter Time...

Hi Paper Lovers...

Here are a few little Easter cards I made for Pages of Tyme, a scrapbook store that has asked me to be on their DT :) Im very excited about it and so happy that I was asked :) They are located in Ladera Ranch (near Mission Viejo CA), they moved from Big Bear. Im so happy that they are here!! to have a scrapbook store in the area is fantastic! The store is all shabby chic and carries a great selection of products! I cant wait to make more cards for them and get involved in their classes at the store :)

Hope you like them! I used Create A Critter Cartridge and made all the cuts at 4". 6x6 Paper pack used is by We R Memory Keepers, such cute papers in this pack. SU cardstock, prima flowers, ribbon SU button and Action Wobbles.

Birthday Card...

 Hi Paper Lovers!

Hope all of you had a great 3 day weekend and relaxed and had fun with the ones you love :)

Here is yet another February Birthday card for a sweet friend Nathalie :) I am looking forward to her getting this, I hope she loves it.

I had a fun time making it using Rock Princess Cartridge, Image cut out at 3.5" and layers put together,I used SU paper pack and cardstock a touch of glitter paper in pink to bling the bow out a little, black lace and tule to give it a little punch :)

Teresa Collins POSH Collection

Last night I took a class by Teresa Collins at Scrapbook Daisies in Long Beach CA and OH! What a great time we had. I just love her new POSH line, so girlie and pretty! Hope you like it! It was so much fun to make and Teresa Collins is a great instructor, so patient and has so many great ideas. I love hearing how she started out in this business, its so uplifting and inspiring.

Valentine's Day Cards

Happy Friday to all of you! Hope you have a great weekend and Valentine's Day planned. We are going to Lake Tahoe with a group of friends, we are looking forward to it and cant wait to get here...WOOOT!

Heres a couple of Valentine's I scrap lifted from some really talented ladies..Earthscrap and Julie. I recreated their cards and I think they turned out so cute. Hope you enjoy!

All papers are SU, also used the Indie Art cart for the BIG lips cut at 4" (My first circle card :) and Action Wobbles to wiggle the lips...hehehe.... Thanks so much for all of your wonderful comments too :) It makes my day to get them :D

Another Fun Birthday Card...

Hi Paper Lovers...

Here is yet another birthday card I made for our sweet girlfriend Laura, I love how it turned out,it captures her so much :D

I used Rock Princess Cart and cut the image at 4" layered it all together added stickles, used Nestabilities to create the scallop circle and SU paper and a black puffy feather, a prima flower and a rhinestone brad along with a white gel pen to finish it up. Hope you find it fun, I think she turned out so cute.

Hershey Nugget Valentine Mail Box

Hi Paper Lovers!

I have a fun project for you today...Hershey Nugget Valentine Mail Box using Stampin Up supplies.

1x31/2 cardstock round the corners
4x11/4 cardstock base
4x1 cardstock layer patterned paper
cut a thin stirp of cardstock for mail box pole
3/4x3/4 cardstock for flag or use heart punch
whole punch for circle-place at bottom of pole

2 Hershey Nugget candy taped and placed on top of each other
Put all together in this order and youll have a cute little Valentines Mailbox to hand out to your Sweet Valentines :)

You Rock Birthday Card...

Hi Paper Lovers...

I made a mans birthday card today for our good friend Chris, Im a bit late getting it to him since his birthday was January 8th but hey!! better late than never, right :)

Here it is and I hope you think it rocks! I used Rock Princess Cartridge and cut the image at 4" along with the layers. Then cut the work ROCKER at 1".  Paper from SU and the black and grey paper with stars Im not sure whom its by, but it made the card! I LOVE this image, its so fitting for our friend, I hope he loves it!
